I also am interested in getting info and any documents on William South b. 1762, son of Benjamine South b. 1741, son of Daniel South b. 1713, son of Dorothy Lippington.William and Benjamine are my missing link as far as documentation goes, I find plenty of info but no documentable sources. Can you help me? I have some interesting papers that you may already have(in fact some may have come by way of you ) copies of bible records which include births, death and marriges of Peter South b. 1791, and Micheal South b.1833,a homestead cert. for John William South b. 1860, also civil war discharge papers for Micheal South. I however do not know the whereabouts of this Bible although I believe it was reffered to in a correspondense of Donald South dated 1981, were he mentions a family Bible in the archives in D.C. Hope to hear from you.
