The only info I have for Samuel Skeets is that he was born May 1841 in England. He came from England at age 16 and died 11 February 1910. He is buried in Wright's Corners Cementer, Wright's Corners, Niagara County, NY. He married around 1875, to Ada Medore South, b. 15 February 1856, Hartland, Niagara Co., NY. She was the daughter of Samuel South and Catherine Staves. Samuel and Catherine would be my great great grandparents. I have a copy of Ada Skeets death certificate issued in Lockport, NY lists her parents as Samuel South and Catherine Staves. Unfortunately, the records in the town of Hartland were all destroyed in a fire many years ago.
