He was married, November 13, 1852, to ELIZABETH WARMAN, who was born in New Jersey October 2, 1829. In the fall of 1868, he moved to Pulaski County, settling first at Star City, where he opened a store, and about three years after moved to Rosedale, where he opened another store, which he is still successfully conducting. MR. SOUTH is a member of the I.O.O.F., and he and wife are members of the Methodist Episcopal Church. His children are two in number, and are named TRUMAN C. and CHARLIE."
