I am the Donald South mentoned in your quiry. The records from the Peter South bible were in National Archives. I photostated all that was there.

Your William South who married Hannah Mallott in MD was born in NJ and served in the Revoltion. His brother, Daniel, married Susannah McCoy in MD. Both went to KY and then to Clermont Co, NJ. There was a brother James but clearly not the James South who married Jemima Quigley and settled in Tate Twp, Clermont Co.

The parents of this William, Daniel and James are unknown.

Send me your mailing address and I will send you information on this. Certain these men are not children of Benjamin South and his 1st wife, Keziah. I have that family bible and they are not included.

Don South
