Dear Mr. South,
you really don't know how much what you have found out really means to me. I do wish it had been what i needed for it to be so I couldve been reunited with my father. i appreciate you looking for me so much, i will try to find out a siblings name or some other family member's name. the only other things that i know about him were that he enjoyed singing, and that he was in the army in Karlsruel Germany because some of the letters I found from him to my mother are from overseas and in his letters he speaks of being there with her. he also had a real good friend that he asked her in one of the letters to send letters by his address instead i think he was in the same unit as my father but i'm not sure his name was Steve Milstead and on one of my fathers letters I have his social security # because thats how they used to get the letters to the soldiers. again i want to express my thanks and i will try to find out from my uncle or my mother if she knows any of his siblings or familys name.
