LEWIS-- Died at his home at Pulaski, Tenn., Saturday at 11:p.m., March 19, 1927, John D. Lewis. Survived by thie following children: Eugene Lewis, Mrs. T.C. Sullivan, Mrs. R.M. Patterson and Miss Nell Lewis all of Pulaski. Funeral from the Catholic church Tuesday morning at 10 o' clock. Interment Pulaski cemetery.

I have since found the cemetery to be the Maplewood Cemetery in Giles Co., Pulaski, Tennessee. He was a Union soldier during the Civil War. His bio is posted to Findagrave.com.
