Don, This Wm C Spain is indeed my ancestor. I am not totally sure how many wives he had but 2 that I am sure of. I know he had at least 2 chlnd, Mary Susan (my grmo) and James Henry. Both died in Tx. He mrd last my grandfa Ply's sister Caroline Ply but don't have place of mrg. Marion or Yell Co. ?? I see some of the Spain family lived in Harrison Co Ark which is near Yell Co. where the Ply ancestors lived. I again tried your e-mail address with no luck. Like to hear from you.
