Apparently my internet carrier has had trouble with its e-mail system and they have changed again. My current and correct e-mail is dmetsgar@stvleaze.net.-------I am searching my wifes family line of SPAINS. Her great grandfather was Edward E. Spain, born in Tennessee on 4-8-1845 and died on 4-15-1914. We have a photo of his tombstone but do not know where he is buried. His father was Marmer/Marmaduke Spain and mother was Elizabeth Eoff Spain. Edward E. Spain is listed on the 1850 Tennessee census as "Ernie". He had brothers John, Elbert(killed in civil war at Port Hudson La.), Henderson, and William. Any and all information on this line would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Don Metsgar
