My gggggg-grandfather was Jacob von Spindler of German heirtage and I belive the family came over in the 1700s because he died in the 1800s. I have been searching over 30 years for this family. I found him and the rest of my family on some of the D.A.R. records that a cousin of mine had and she sent them to me. I also have the family on disk ao if you would like a copy I'll send you on. Thanks a lot for all the info.
