Hi Linda,
I think I'm getting in over my head! Many years ago I started helping my friend who had been adopted as a baby to try and locate her birth parents. I succeeded.
However as a young woman she married a Robert Edward Ingram son of Charles Spindler Jr. born 1897 and Ruth Ann Ingram. They never married and Bob was raised as an Ingram.
Since I had already done research on her mother's side and one of her daughters has shown considerable interest I have been trying to track down Bob's ancestry also. I did find parentage back to George and Barbara Breahm Spindler.
This is a real hobby with me and I persue it with interest.
As you can tell I don't have anything to offer going back in the family, just some coming forward on Bob's line.
If you do not care to correspond further I surely understand.
