You are probably right and your research
information is much appreciated. My
question on Spitler/Spindler arose after
reading the MD GenWeb Archives for Carrol Co.
which listed a Mathias Spitler d. 10 Sep 1824
@23y7m9d and his wife Elizabeth d. 9 Aug 1824
@21y7m9d. Both buried in St.Mary's Lutheran
and Reformed Church cemetery in Carrol Co.
once part of Baltimore Co. The name
Mathias, and the same locale as the Spindlers, made me wonder if this might be a
connection to the Penna. Mathias Spindlers?
