Spriggs family in Cambridgeshire, England

I am searching for any information on my SPRIGGS family ancestors. They generally came from the Cambridgeshire region. I am from Sydney, Australia.

My grandfather Leonard SPRIGGS was born on 7 Sep 1919 in Parson Drove, near Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

Leonardís father was Leonard SPRIGGS senior who was born in Parson Drove on 17 Dec 1895. Leonard Spriggs senior may have had a sister named Lily. His father was George SPRIGGS who was a Labourer. I donít have a lot of information on George SPRIGGS but I suspect George had a father or grandfather from the Cambridgeshire area named either Isaac SPRIGGS (born 1827) or Joseph SPRIGGS (born 1846). But I am unsure of the link here.

George SPRIGGS married Eliza CROWSON. Eliza had 2 sisters named Molly and Kathleen and her parents were George CROWSON and Martha DAY.

My grandfather Leonardís mother was Ellen (Eleanor) Lydia COWAN who was born in about 1894, possibly in London. She may have had a brother named John Selby COWAN. Her parents were Robert COWAN who was a printer and Eleanor Lydia WAYMAN (WEYMAN) who was born in c1835.

Ellen Lydia COWAN and Leonard SPRIGGS senior were married on 29 Nov 1917 in Brockley, London. They also had a daughter Lydia who was born in 1922.

In 1928 Leonard SPRIGGS senior and his wife Ellen Lydia COWAN (nee SPRIGGS) and their son (my grandfather) Leonard migrated to Australia and settled in New South Wales. Leonard senior worked with the railways and I know the family resided in at least 2 locations being in Bourke and at Nambucca. At Nambucca they raised the family. Leonard SPRIGGS junior served with the Australia Army in Word War 2 and was posted in a number of international locations. He raised his own family in Grafton, New South Wales.

This is all the information I have and I am keen to hear from anyone who recognises these people or can point me in the right direction for further research.
