I agree about not giving up! I find it strange that our Springs/Spring family have been able to hide their families so well! I know the Springs ancestor of mine...Betsy Ann Springs travelled with her husband William Doughty from Tenn., to KY., then finally settled in Williamson County, Illinois. Family legend has that the Springs family left in a covered wagon from Tenn., along with families by the name of:
Cooksey, Bell, Gill, Doughty. If anyone ever comes across any connection with Betsy Ann Springs...please let me know!
