No She did not have a son named James with her in 1860, they have an 8 year old james in 1870 but she is not in the household then so I don't think they are the same, she did however have a niece named Caroline, but the Caroline Large is not the right age even though Margaret is, I feel sure the 1900 Margaret is yours but the one with Caroline Large probably isn't the same so < I am still lost as to where she went, can't find any of her large family either, it is as though they all disappeared....
