Robert, are you in the Noel/Stagner Family if so where are you from. My Husband is a Noel his Father was David Marshall Noel who is the Brother of Lou Anna,Wilma,Lucille. Do you know anything about the Sisters Bill's Oldest Sister Nola is asking me about them if I have found anyone who knows about them and where they are at. Would appericate any information I can get and if you need anything if I can help just ask. Thanks Lila Noel.
