Researching men of the 7th Wisconsin Infantry (Civil War). Samuel enlisted from Grand Rapids (Wisconsin Rapids), Wood Co., WI on 1/5/1864 as a Private in Co. G of the 7th WI Infantry. He was Mustered-out on 7/3/1865. He was wounded on 6/18/1864 at Petersburg, VA. He is buried in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
