Penn stalker was the 1st generation. born in scotland of quaker parentage about 1677 he emigrated to belfast ireland in 1695. he was a seaman in the british navy. after three years in the navy penn escaped while his ship was laying in the james river near willamsburg.he tempory changed the spelling of his name to stocker. penn married one of the parrys relatives named alice thay had 11 children only two lived to maturity. Jerusha and Elisha Kent stalker who is the 2nd generation.
