This Indenture made this 19th day of Sept eighteen hundred & eighteen between David Stanback of the County of Botetourt & state of Virginia of the one part & Issac Stanback of the County of Prebble & state of Ohio of the other part Wit__that the said Issac Stanback for & in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars to h_in hand paid _receipt where of the said Issac Stanback doth hereby acknowledge hath granded bargain & sold unto the said David Stanback his interest consisting of one seventh part of a certain tract of land formerly the property of John Stanback dec_containing fifty nine acres lying & being in the County of Botetourt on South waters of Roanoke river being a tract of land conveyed to Michael Stanback by Philip Stanback in _one thousand seven hundred and ninety seven & bounded as follows Beginning at a white _the division line between Benjamin Whiteneck & Philip Stanback hence N5 1/2 E63 poles to two white oak sapplings ___the orginal survey________________________________________to have & to hold the land & premises with all ____________belonging with the said David Stanback his heirs and __forever & the said Issac Stanback doth hereby coverant with the David Stanback that he will warrant ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
