Jacob Stambaugh in Lancaster Pa

the 1800 census for Lancaster Co Pa lists three Jacob Stambaugh households. they all list a male over 45 years of age, all list males in the house 26-45 and several males 16-26. Per several historical writeups from Franklin Co Ohio, a John Stambaugh b 1770/80 and Frederick Stambaugh b 1760/70 were there at the time and in one or more of the households and both migrated to Ohio in 1808. They were probably brothers or maybe cousins. Can anybody help with more details on these Jacob households or the Ohio families? I believe my Jacob b 1799/1800 in Pa is son of Frederick
