Supposedly, Hans Jacob Stambach was my ggggg-grandfather.

He came over on the Loyal Judith as an endentured servant and after his endentureship was paid off, he went out in the country outside of Philadelphia, married and started a family. Now, if my gggg-grandfather Frederick was born in Germany, he couldn't have been the son of Hans Jacob. I do know that Frederick was my gggg-grandfather who fought in the Revolutionary War and settled in Rockingham County, Virginia. He attended Frieden's Church and he and his first wife, Margaret had several children, among them David Dart who was my ggg-grandfather. Frederick's first wife, Margaret, died and Frederick married a Mary Rolas.
Later, she died and Frederick moved to Lawrence County, Ohio where he lived near one of his sons.
