In the body of your message you've added 10 years to Clara's age. Odd but true, there are two towns in Missouri named Albany, but it looks like Clara, born in Wisconsin, lived in Miller Twp., Gentry Co., MO. Although Albany, Gentry Co., MO is not in Miller Twp., in the 1870 census it is listed as the nearest P. O. You will find Clara there in 1870 and 1880 in the HH of George and Isabel or Isabelle Stam.
