Stampley men in War for Southern Indep.

Thaddeus Samuel Stampley (1847-1902) of Hamburg, Franklin Co., MS, was my great-great-grandfather.

I am writing a non-fiction, historical book on all my Confederate ancestors and related kin, and am looking for ANY info regarding the numerous Stampley men who served the South during the 'late unpleasantness.' They were primarily from Jefferson, Franklin, and Claiborne county, MS. I am particularly interested in any photos, letters that may exist, at any time. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I have all their names, regiments, etc., but am looking for the 'personal' side of these Stampley men.
