Stancliff, Kelly, Golden

My great, great, great grandmother was Mary A. Golden born in Ireland in 1835. She married John Kelly about 1854 and they had children Mary, Michael, Margaret, John, Frances, Edward and Jane. All born in MD, perhaps Harford County. John died in 1901 and Mary in 1924.

I found a Mary Kelly on the 1920 census in Baltimore City living with Harry Stancliff, his wife Edna and children Hazel, William, Joseph and Edna. Mary is listed as "grandmother".

Could this be my Mary Kelly?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
