Elizabeth Standing/Standen was my gg grandmother. She was born about 1847 in Dalston London to Henry Standen and Jane Hansen, her brothers and sisters were Hannah (b about 1838), William (b about 1840), Rebecca (b about 1842), Henry (b about 1845) and Sarah Jane (b about 1853). The family moved to Australia in the 1850's and settled in Sandhurst, Victoria. Here Elizabeth married George Shaw Wycherley they later moved back to his home in Liverpool, England. After George's death Elizabeth remarried to a John Rainford in Liverpool in 1890.
Henry Standen was born about 1813 in Middlesex, he married Jane Hansen in about 1837 in London and died in Australia in 1867. His parents were William Standen and Hannah Fletcher.
