I am looking for the relationship between Alvin Stannard b. abt 1800 in Vermont and Libbeus Stannard (Sr) b. abt 1756 in Vermont.

The 1840 US Census shows Libbeus Stannard (Sr) living in Alvin Stannard's household. Libbeus is drawing a pension from service in the Revolutionary War.

Alvin Stannard can be found in the 1830, 1840, and 1850 US Census records living in Madison County, New York. The 1850 Census shows the town of Fenner.

Libbeus Stannard d. 5 Sep 1846 in Fenner, Madison County, NY.

There are several family trees out there showing Libbeus Stannard (Sr)'s children, but none of them are named Alvin.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
