Nancy Evans Ellis Stansbury - 1820s to 1830s - Ohio

I need to know more about Nancy Evans Ellis Stansbury, her real parents and her adopted parents, Dr. and Mrs. Stansbury of Ohio, probably 1820s to 1830s.

Here is what I know about Nancy:

Nancy's parents died and a family named Stansbury, a doctor, took her to raise. So she went by the name of Stansbury. Don't know her real last name but could have been Evans or Ellis.

Records at Walnut Hills Cemetery (Cincinnati, Ohio) list her parents as Ellis and Kate Ellis. Born: June 08, 1824, New Paris, Preble Co., Ohio. Died: May 31, 1896

Married Henry William Seltzer, May 02, 1842.

Alena Ware Soyez, her granddaughter, stated that her name was Nancy Evans Stansbury in a 1944 leter.

1880 Census says father born OH and Mother born VA and she was 54.

July 1850 Census says Henry W. and Nancy Seltzer (age 25) lived in Batavia Township, Clermont County, Ohio, with 4 children.

Thank you in advance for your help.
