I have an abstract of the Will of Nathan Stanbury I of NJ. He lists 9 children one of whom is Nathan II who married Julia Harrison and moved to Wilkes Co. NC in the 1780's. There is no mention of a son named Moses in the Will of Nathan I.

Nathan II has a son named Moses. I find an older Moses living in Wilkes Co. NC along with Nathan II. What I need to know is are they brothers? Since no menttion of Moses is made in Nathan I's Will, I do not know if he was left off the abstract or was left out of the Will on purpose.

Do you know if these men are brothers? Is there documentation?

I am also interested in finding out if these two had an aunt named Phebe. A Phebe Stansbury married my Amos Kilburn. I find Amos in Wilkes Co. as well. He and Phebe are supposed to also be from NJ as well. Is the Amos in NJ the same person as the Amos in Wilkes Co. NJ?
