Jerry, all the information for which you are requesting documentation came from Dan Stanberry and Bill Dulaney, both noted Stanbery researchers. BUT, sadly, neither gave the documentation. Bill Dulaney is your line, and I understand all his papers were donated to an organization, possibly one of the libraries, in Knox Co. KY. Good luck. Wish I could help.
