I believe we have a possible family connection, Starnbough/Stansbury through the Detmar & Renske Stansbury emigrated from Holland 1658,with only son of 6 years he had 5 boy and 1 girl. Names in order of birth Daniel and Thomas twins, Luke,Tobias II,Samuel and Tabitha Stansbury. Baltimore, County' Maryland. Through the Samuel Stansbury son married Hanna Nix. Samuel Stansbury Jr. Land Grant' of 640 acres of Caswell North Carolina on the Water of Rattlesnake Creek. His family in North Carolina 1778 were Solomon,Luke rev. war vets. Benjamin,Samuel married Hanna Nix. Aug 7 1786. Aquilla 1790 census single. Elizabeth married James Pond in June 16,1786. Rachel married Sept. 19th 1796 Elijah Carso. Cassandra Stansbury last born Samuel Stansbury Jr. Solomon Stansbury along with 200,000 pioneers followed into Wilderness Trail after Daniel Boone and 30 Axman cleared the way through the mountians and started the Westward expansion. He Settled Laurel,County Kentucky 25 years before moving into Newton County Missouri with his family he lived to be 105 years old.
