Hi Ruth,

Don't know if you found your answer yet or not, but it seems that Phebe's parents were Edward Starbuck and Sarah Driggins. It is on the following link:

I think that Phebe's grandson James is my great, great, grandfather but I am not sure yet. My great great grandfather was named James Starbuck (spouse - Martha Pitts) and had five children:

Milo Starbuck
Perry Starbuck
Sargent Starbuck
Sylvia Starbuck (my great grandmother)
Selena (or Salina) Starbuck

Would you know if this is the correct James Starbuck or not?
