Last year, Roy Lewis Stebleton's niece, a daughter of Ruth Stebleton, told me she had a newspaper clipping from a Dayton, Ohio newspaper. The clipping was dated 4/6/48 and said Roy was missing. I was told that Harriet went to look for him but he was never found. There is an American Legion marker among Stebleton headstones in the Polk Grove Cemetary near Englewood, Ohio. It has Roy's name and the dates 1909 - 1948 on it. I believe they had no children. I have a photo of him, parents, parents and his brothers and sisters. His parents were Samuel Stebleton and Mary Ohner.
