Dear Friend:
Ulrich Steffy (1710-1760) was born in Switzerland and his family moved to Hoffen, Alsace Lorraine, where he met Anna Maria Shirmer and was married there. They came to the US between 1741-1743 and settled in Lebanon Twp of Lancaster County, PA. When he died in 1760, he was buried in the Hebron Moravian Cemetery at Lebanon, PA.
