Whoops! Gotta be careful here. Michael, son of Philip STEPHAN (immigrant from Hirschthal) was born 1743 around Adamstown, Lancaster County. Michael, son of Ulrich STEFFEN (mmigrant from Affoltern Canton, Switzerland?) was born 1746 a little north of Cleona, in Lebanon County. Until 1786 both these areas were Lancaster County and I think both served in the Revolution for that County. It's always confusing sorting them out. Not sure if I originally gave you the correct info. It was for our 1743 Michael.
