Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum

will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
I, also heard from Vince Falter but have conflicting info. I have the 1880 census that has Martin born in 1827 or 29 married to a Mary Steinmeta in 1854. They had had 11 children & my grandfather was the youngest born in 1877 born in Seneca Co Ohio. My father Gerald was born in Tiffin Ohio & we lived in Cleveland area. Louis died in the 1950's @ lakewood hospital. The other children are Fances-1855, Andrew-1857, Henry-1859, Martin-1861, Elizabeth-1862,Joseph-1864, Matilda-1866, Philomena-1869, Michael-1871, & ELLEN BORN 1877. wOW, NO DEDUCTIONS THEN. The info has me stumped having Elizabeth Lang as wife to Martin born 1791 & census stating Mary as wife born in 1833. Young Martin born in 1827, & older Martin born in 1789 married to Catherina Meyer in 1790. I believe the census it makes more sense. My email address in BAS405@webtv.net. I have lots of info from Vincent but more confusiing. I'm 64 with a half brother David Steinmetz in Seattle are who will be 50 next year. He has 2 children under 3. He was born when my day was in his 50 +. Take care
