Can anyone idenify these Stells and John King?

John King to John W. Stell - Jan. l9, l831 - (not recorded until Feb. l8, 1882) - Deed Book Q, Page 250 - $75.00. Witnessed by Dennis Stell, Sr. and Lott Rowell(?),J.P.

........6th District. part of Land Lot 176, Gwinnett Co., Georgia on South side of Beaver Ruin Creek..........

John King was listed next to William King in the 1830 Census. Next to him was Dennis Stell. Neighbors were Robert Stell, John
Stell, Grizell Stell, Larkin Brown, and several Mathis families.
