Also, Robert Malone, d. 1777 in Northampton Co., NC by his will had wife, Milly and had children: Thomas Malone; Robert Malone and John Malone; daughters Susanna Stell, Martha Thompson, Francis Malone; Sarah Sawyer. He asked that estate be sold and his initial bequests, and that estate be equally divided between Elizabeth Dupee Malone; Mary Nancy Nance, Thomas Malone, Robert Malone, Jr.; Susannah Stell; Martha Thompson; John Malone and Frances Malone and Sarah Sawyer. Executors were William Hudson, Robert Malone. Witnesses were Thomas Sorrell and Edward Caple and Thomas Capl. His son, Robert Malone Jr. e died in 1791 in Northampton Co., NC and named his children in his will as Ann, Elizabeth and John Allen Malone, sons William and Charles.
Charles Malone was a Minister of Baldwin Co., Ga. who died there in 1836. Charles administered the estate of Milly Malone in Baldwin Co., Ga. where she apparently died.
