Joy: I'm not sure who was with John Stell when he died in Effingham County. I'll have to look it up, but the story is he and someone else (I'll check to see who) went by horse and buggy to Savannah, Ga. ON the way back home, John got deathly ill and they pulled over to the side of the road and John died shortly thereafter. Whoever he was with dug a ditch and buried him there. Dorothy
