Hi Shirley,
I recently looked at the 1830 Graves KY census. I still think the middle initial is a K. Compare the middle initial in H. K or R. Stell to the name David King above it on the same page & to the name Charles Roach a couple of pages earlier. This census taker forms the Ks and Rs a little bit differently and H. Stell's initial is more like the K in King than the R in Roach. What do you think?
