Guess I am now keeper of the old pictures for the Thomas Dennis Quimby Stells out of Lipan, TX. I've been sorting through boxes of loose photos, some of them very old.
For members of this family who may have heard about it, I also have the "Big Stell Book" of photos compiled by Susie Brunson Stell, which includes pictures of T.D. & Rosealea Stell and their children, and their children, and their children. Unfortunately, these are all glued to scrapbook pages and it's going to be a while before I can scan them all and organize.
The oldest generation of Stells for whom there are pictures is T.D. & Rosealea. I do have one of Thomas & Louisa Coffee Peterson, parents of Amy Peterson who married Albert Jerome Stell. Albert Jerome & Amy Peterson Stell were parents of T.D. Stell.
Unfortunately, with all these pictures, I'm not finding one of Albert Jerome or Amy Peterson Stell.
If anyone descends from the particular branch of T.D. Stell and is interested in copies of any pictures, I'd be glad to share. However, it's going to be months before these are all scanned, organized and identified.
