They had 3 children:
1)William F. Stephan-Aug 4, 1848:Saxonia, Mittweida, Germany
William died of a stroke March 11, 1932. buried in Lindenwood cemetery Ft Wayne, IN. He was a Chief draftsman with the Pennsylvania Railroad. He married Emeline Baatz in 1871. He lived at 2611 Winter Street.

2)Ernst F. Stephan-Jan 2, 1852:Saxonia, Germany. Ernst died May 28, 1917. Buried in Lindenwood cemetery, Ft Wayne, IN. He married Ida M. Kirchberger. He was a Draftsman for the Pennsylvania Railroad. He lived at 2626 Bowser Avenue.

married: Ida M Kirchberger 1843-1932
in: Saxonia, Germany
He was a shoemaker in Germany. He can to the US aboard the Augusta Victoria. He recieved naturalization on March 8, 1902.

They had 3 children:
1)Ida J. Stephan-1876, married Hugh McCulloch Bond in May 1, 1955. Buried Ft. Wayne, Lindenwood Lived at 1832 Mary St.

2)Meta A. Stephan-Nov 7, 1877-Nov 18, 1966. Married August Heller. Lived at 89 Baxter Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN. Meta was a native of Annaburg Germany. She had been in the US since 1882.

3)Alfred F. Stephan-Jan 21, 1882-feb 5, 1921. Died from TB in a sanitarium at Albuquerque, NM. Buried in Lindenwood cemetery, Fort Wayne, n. Was a Knitter at Wayne Knitting Mills. Married Lena M. Pester in Aug 29, 1908.

ALFRED F. STEPHAN- Jan 21, 1882-Feb 5, 1921. Married Lena M. Pester in aug 19, 1908. From Germany, lived in Ft. Wayne, IN.

They had 2 children:
1)Lucille M Stephan- Jul 15, 1909-Jan 31, 1992. She died at the Byron Heath Center, Ft Wayne, IN. She was married to Lawrence C. Meyer on Oct 26, 1951 at Grace Lutheran Parsonage. Buried in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.

2)Ervin Ernst Stephan-May 11, 1911-Jun 5, 1994. Married Myrtle Margaret Stephan (Blosser) on Jul 28, 1934. Ervin was a Knitter at Wayne Knitting Mills. He died of a stroke/heart attack. Wrvin was born in the upstairs of his parents home on 1832 Mary St. He attended Central High School in Fort Wayne. Myrtle and Ervin lived on Arcadia Court, Ft Wayne. Myrtle is still living. Myrtles Father was Eli M. Blosser and her mother was Francis S. Shady. Eli was born in 1855 and died by suicide in CA.

1)John Leroy Stephan-currently resides in CA with his wife, two grown sons and four grandchildren.

2)Karen Ann Stephan (Saunders)-currently resides with her husband Robert M. Saunders in Greenbay, WI. They have two grown sons and 1 grandchild.

3)Michael J. Stephan-currently resides in Ft. Wayne, IN with his wife and four children.

4)Thomas Ervin Stephan-currently resides in Ft. Wayne, IN with his wife. They have four grown children, and 1 grandchild.

And the generations go on and on. I am related to all these people listed and many many more. I am currently doing research on these listed: I have a large family tree. So far I have dated back to 1804, Saxonia, Lippersdorf Germany. Pester/Germany/Rauner/Blosser/Shady/Gleich/Grim/Jones/Largalare/Wasserman/Blissing/Stephan/Kirchberger/Mettert/Kayser/Beard.
