My grandfather's younger brother, William Roy "Bill" Koppa (born after 1881 - probably in Wesley, Tx) married an ANNA STEPHAN. They had two children, WIllie Mae and Martha. Martha's son now lives in the Houston area.

I believe that Wesley, Tx is Washington County so I'm hoping we have a match here.Maybe she is the daughter of one of the Stephan male kiddos you mentioned????
