I suppose our lines could connect, unfortunatly, I don't know anything about Jacob Stephen's siblings or family, the man who died the research I am working from was unable to locate anything in the church records. (He produced a tree of 3-5 generations in Europe from the 1790'2 to the 1690's employing church records, so it is very well documented) Jacob is the end of the line for me. I also know nothing about my Jung ancestor, Maria Katharina 1709-1740 m. Johann Gottfried Faul 1698-1761. I can tell you Jacob Stephan b. 1698-1775 was of the Calvinist religion and was employed as an innkeeper and juryman in Burgalben, Germany.
Johann Gottfried Faul 1698-1761 was a shopkeeper and the village mayor of Pirmasens, Germany and he was Lutheran. As was Maria Katharina Jung.
Let me know if this is helpful.
