Will of Giles Steward of Bury Saint Edmonds, Suffolk 11 March 1728

Lease and release for 711 by Giles Stewart, gent., of Melford and wife Anne to Nathaniel Acton Esq. of Bramford of messuage etc. in Bramford occupied by Luke Taylor, with convenant to levy a fine. HA61/436/681 1 & 2 March 1761

Two halves of final concord for 60 between N. Acton, Plt., and G. & Ann Stewart def for 1 messuage, 1 curtilage, 1 garden, 1 orchard, 10 acres land, 13 acres meadow and 5 acres pasture in Bramford. Jan. 1761.
Agreement for above conveyance by G. Stewart and John Meadows (for N. Acton). 2 Dec. 1760.
Bond for 1422 by Stewart to Acton to perform covenants. 2 March 1761.
Copy of copy of court roll of manor of Normans and Beverlies.
Surrender by Giles and Anne Stewart to Nath. Acton of their copyhold estate. 2 March 1761.
Bond for 1422 by Stewart to Acton for good title and peaceful enjoyment of above surrendered land. 2 March 1761




Letter (undated by year) to Nathaniel Acton Esq. from Charles Edwart Stewart and Philip Hamond re deeds passed to Acton on his purchase of an estate in Bramford from "my late father" (= ? Giles Stewart). HA61/436/680 [n.d.]
