William -->James Buchanan-->Raliegh-->James B Stigall

Does anyone have information beyond 1834 for William Stigall (b 1834) and later lived in Fayette, IL

He may have been born in Ohio but I am not sure. I am also farily confident that the Stigalls have changed the spelling of their last name over time(Stegall, Steagall, von Stegall).

William had married Jane C Sapp and had a son named James Buchanan Stigall (b 1856).

James Buchanan Stigall had married a lady named Eliza A

and they had several childeren:

John W Stigall (b 1882)
Sam C Stigall (b 1885)
Dell L Stigall (b 1887)
Dora L Stigall (b 1891)
Hattie L. Stigall (b 1893)
Raleigh M Stigall (b 1897)-- my great grandfather
Walter H Stigall (b 1899)

Raleigh married Maude (McCarty) Stigall and they had three children:

Louise Stigall
James Buchanan Stigall (b 1922)-- my grandfather
Margurite Stigall

James Buchanan married Sybil Bernice Page and they had a daughter named Jeanne Anne Stigall

Jeanne Anne Stigall had me.

I would love as much information as possible on any branch of this family tree. I would also like to take this family tree as far back as possible.

If anyone knows where I could get my hands on an in depth Stigall Family tree, please let me know where: I heard that there was once a book of Stigall History which included James Buchanan Stigall.

Thanks,
Kent
