Christina Stigler Germany IA OH

I am trying to identify the family of my great-great grandmother, Christina Stigler. She was married to Conrad Semler on 13 APR 1879 in Johnson Co., IA. She was born in Germany on 2 FEB 1854 and died in Cincinnati, OH on 11 JUL 1910. Her death certificate only lists the last name of her parents and her mother's maiden name is not legible. Looks possibly like "Amrhurd", but is very unclear. My mother believes that she came from Germany with her family when she was 21 years old. The 1900 census gives the year of immigration as approximately 1876 and in the 1910 census as 1870. She may have immigrated on the ship Rhein on 23 May 1874 from Bremen to New York. It is the closest match I have been able to find and lists 2 passangers as "Stregler, Francisca 22F & Stregler, Christe 21F" but no parents. Since she was married prior to the 1880 census, I am unable to locate her with her parents. After marriage, Conrad and Christina moved to Cincinnati, OH. Any information is greatly appreciated.
