One branch of the Stigler family is found in Stafford Co, VA, in the mid 1700s. Catherine Stigler married Robert Stringfellow 15 May 1762 at St. Paul's Parish, Stafford Co, VA. St. Paul's, still standing today, is on the Stafford/King George Co, VA, line. Catherine's father may have been Henry Stigler.
