I have a photo of a tombstone from an overgrown old cemetery in Sprague, Washington for "Fred Stips" and his wife Rose; his dates are shown as 1862-1935 and Rose's death date is 1943.
Looking on the LDS site, I find only a Freidrich Wilhelm Stipp born in 1862, death year and location unknown.
