Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

My greatgrandfather Thomas Stitt was John Stitt's younger brother. He came to New Zealand from Ireland arriving in 1878. Robert Stitt and Sarah Jane Duncan were their parents. There are other siblings of Thomas & John, two of whom went to Canada also. Your Mary Hannah Smith married Frederick Bodfish in 1871 I believe. I can provide more information re the Stitts, where they came from etc. if you wish to provide an email address so we can communicate. Very interested in the photos.
