The Foregoing inscriptions are from stones standing in the yard adjoining the Baptist Church located about one mile and a quarter south of Conklingville on the west side of the Sacandaga River." In 1999 on South Shore Road in Hadley near Cemetery Road.

mother was: Margaret LaPier

Hadley Baptist Church
LaPier Margaret
Wife of Joseph St. John

1916/08/05

I think Joseph's parents were John b abt 1808 and Eliza ? b abt 1808. The 1860 Queensbury census shows them living just two houses away from Joseph.

That is about all that I have right now. I have so far found nothing on Margaret's parents. Let me know if you need the family lists of children.
