Julie, Im just getting back to my genealogy searching after a hectic summer and found your posting about Walton NY St Johns.
My family traces back to Walton and before that to Norwalk, CT where alot of my ancestors are buried in the cemetary there. My records and charts are still buried in storage after we moved to a new home this summer but I do know that my family St John were original settlers in Norwalk and then were very involved in Walton growth. My grandmother was born in Undadilla NY in Walton County.
We can visit more thru email, mine is jim@sellbrainerd.com

Kindest regards, we are probably related.
Jim Knudsen (ST John)
Brainerd, MN
